Service 1- Personal Shopping Service

Personal care and service

Each week, Chef Patrick will personally go out to the farmer's markets for the freshest produce, and to local vendors to source out the highest quality ingredients for your home. Just send him your shopping list by Friday, inform him of any food sensitivities, and he takes care of the rest. From sourcing, shopping, delivery and even put away, we take care of all of the details.

Service 2- Meal Prep and Packaging.

Gold Package

Each Week, Chef Patrick will go to your house to prepare delicious meals of an ever changing menu. The menu will be sent out on Friday to weekly customers, or upon request for the following four weeks. some substitutions, and alternates are available upon prior request. The cost of food is pre calculated weekly and sent to the customer for approval.

Platinum Package

Every four weeks, the chef will send out a new exciting menu of three to four meal options to each individual customer tailored to their specific needs, wants, aversions and preferences. Edits and changes can be done upon request. Each meal is individually prepared from scratch in the customer's home. A prior grocery budget is pre decided, and locked in. Overages are covered by the Chef.

Executive Package

Every week, A fresh Menu of five meals will be sent out by Wednesday for approval by the client. The Chef will create specialized menus on a regular basis, tailoring each meal to the customer. One flat rate, all inclusive with no fluctuating costs from week to week.

Personal Catering Services

It's hard sometimes to find the right caterer for the job at hand, But Chef Patrick prides himself in creating never to be forgotten moments for his clients. Whether you need services in a local wedding venue or you are looking for specialized catering for unique events, the Chef will always strive for excellence and perfection for your special day.

Service 1- Small Groups and Couples

Romantic Dinner for 2

A quiet evening at home with a special dinner with that special someone. Chef Patrick will go over the menu with the customer in a free on site consultation. He will tailor the menu to the specific tastes of the client, do the shopping, delivery, prepare the meal for the customer's timeline and personally present each course to the table.

Evening Dinner Party

An evening at home with friends, a dinner party is one of those things that takes a special touch. The chef will meet with the client in advanced in order to go over the menu, discuss any aversions and prepare the dining area. Each course will be presented to the table, explaining how it represents the theme of the evening.

On Site Private Events

Anywhere any time. The chef will go to lengths to make sure that your; backyard barbecue, bachelor or bachelorette party, camping or hunting trip or whatever unique opportunities your event needs, becomes a legendary success.

Service 2- Large services, weddings.

Your Special Day.

The chef will meet with the clients three times prior to the service date in order to make sure that the event is perfect. After all, it is YOUR special day. The chef will coordinate with the venue in order to make sure that there is ample time and to verify that all the equipment needed is available. We will develop a custom menu for your event, providing you with a unique and perfect stress free day.
