ABOUT ME!!

Chef Patrick O'Farrell got his feet wet in the kitchen at a young age and has always found his first love to be cooking. From watching his parents prepare the weekly Sunday supper to washing dishes for hundreds of hungry diners, Patrick has spent over a decade fine tuning his skills.

In 2022, he attended St. Lawrence College, where he graduated with distinction from the Culinary arts program in Kingston, Ontario in order to better understand the fundamentals of meal preparation and flavour profiling. Since graduating, he has spent the past few years developing his catering chops, creating artistic and flavourful masterpieces.

His favourite thing about this career is being able to adapt to changing situations, cooking outdoors in nature on an open fire or even with propane. He loves catering for small parties in the woods on camping trips and cottages, or even off grid nature lover weddings, stags, bachelor or bachelorette parties, romantic meals at home or back yard barbecues, fusing Canadian foods with international flavours, creating a true Canadian Cuisine experience.

In the decade that he spent burning and cutting himself in restaurants, he also had the opportunity to learn how to efficiently and professionally clean and maintain all manners of industrial equipment, from fryers, vents and dishwashers, to industrial cleaning of floors, steel and walk in fridges, and he prides himself in his ability to effectively price out a menu, creating reports and re-designs of standardized menus, recipes and food cost analyses.
